What does "free until 20 words" actually mean?
You can add as many words as you want on Free. The limit kicks in on mastery: once you've reached Solid grade on 20 words, new exercises lock until you upgrade. Your existing words stay browsable. Removing Solid words unlocks training again — at the cost of the mastery you built.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your profile inside the app. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free with all your progress intact.
Do you offer refunds?
If Slova isn't working for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund in full. One email, no form, no questions beyond what would help us build a better product.
What about VAT and tax?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle VAT, GST, and US sales tax automatically based on your billing country — the prices shown are what you pay, minus tax where applicable.
Which payment methods are supported?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal in supported regions — everything Lemon Squeezy supports at checkout.
Is there a student or team plan?
